Up for sale is a Japanese made Ibanez TR bass guitar. This has a slim fast neck and is very light. I believe the body is basswood. Originally this had the Ibanez AFR active pickups that were found in similar era soundgear basses, but they took a dump and I replaced them with an unknown P pickup (very fat sounding) and a MIM Jazz pickup I also replaced the pots with 2 allparts volume pots and a fender 250k tone pot. It's a lovely shade of teal (hey, it was the early 90s). The 4th knob I have dubbed the "suck" knob as it doesn't do anything anymore. I'm looking for $150 shipped in CONTUS OBO. Heck, if you really dig this and have any sort of trade offer, throw it my way.
