Upon photographing the bass I discovered a bit of player wear, but nothing serious. There's a small dent just above the strap button by the bridge side, a tiny scrape in the headstock close by the Music Man logo, a couple of dents on the side of the fingerboard by the B string at the first fret, and the treble knob is slightly bent - definitely fixable. All of these are visible in the photographs. This was all here before I bought the bass, coming from it living on a music store wall for a year and a half. I'm glad I saved it when I did!! NOTE: there is NO wear on the most delicate Bongo point - the tip of the headstock. I got lucky. $1900$1800 shipped in Canada or $1950$1850 in CONUS, paypal only. The closest thing I could find for price comparison was a new 2008 ltd Bongo 4 HS on Basscentral that's going for $2000; given the rarity of these and the condition, it's not a bad price.
Cheers,
Chris

Beautiful, beautiful specimen.

Bump for price drop - now $100 off!
