Finally got some pictures of this bass to post! Up for sale or trade is my 2005 MIA Fender Roscoe Beck V. I've only owned this bass for about 5 months and am the second owner. The only reason I am getting rid of this bass is because I'm an Audio Engineering student and need to start picking up some audio stuff, kills me to get rid of it but I don't have much cash for new gear running on the college budget.

It is Candy Apple Red with a white pickguard, and has the matching headstock. The body is made out of alder, has a maple neck with a beautiful gloss finish, and the fingerboard is pau ferro. It comes with the dual side by side humbuckers, which sound fantastic. The electronics give you a good tonal variety, though it takes some time to get used to with all the different switches. It's the best sounding passive bass I've ever heard.

It's in incredible cosmetic condition. There are some miniscule belt scratches on the back, but they're barely visible. It's easily still a showroom bass. Other than that it's brand spanking new. This bass comes in a Fender liscensed G&G Vintage case. The case is also in new condition (plastic still on the latches), and comes with the keys for the lock. I threw on some straplocks when I got the bass (I'm pretty sure they're Schaller) and I'll throw in the Ernie Ball white strap to go with it if you'd like.

My asking price for this bass will be $950 shipped, which I think is extremely reasonable for its year and condition. Also if anyone is in the Chicagoland area it'd be possible to work out something locally. I am still open to trades and partial trades on recording stuff, mainly mixers, interfaces and microphones. Bumpity Bump Bump. All PM's replied to, I'll do my best to get pictures up tomorrow, I need to find someone with a card reader in my building, mine broke so I can't transfer the pics onto the computer just yet. And if the right trade doesn't come along, I may consider selling outright. This is a fantastic bass, kills me to put it up on the chopping block.

Trade deal fell through, so this is back up. Got a mixer, so looking specifically for audio interfaces and mics. Still hoping to sell outright as well.
