Great bass here, dont want to sell, but really need to.

Now, my Sterling 5 is a black on black HH model, with maple board. Id guess around 9.5 pounds. Sounds great with rounds or flats. Has some honest wear but no major issues. Theres a ding on the back of the upper horn and a couple bumps in the finish on the back of the bass. The worst ding is on the back of the upper horn but doesnt even go all the way down to wood. I couldnt get it to show in pics. Set up with low action. Only real downside is that the hardshell case handle broke off. Not a problem without a number of possible solutions. Ill ship it in the hardshell case. I played a dozen EBMM basses in worse shape on a GC showroom floor a week ago, honestly. Non of the issues are that bad, I just like to list for full disclosure.

$1,050 packed, shipped, and insured. Thats about $600+ off new price.

Only trade interests are Bergantino cabs + some cash.

Nice bass. I'm curious as to why the strings are strung that way? Looks like the ends are unravelled! How would the bass stay in tune?

Just a unique winding DW. Not sure what they are, they came on the bass in trade. They stay in tune as well as any other string.

Sale pending.
