Ernie Ball OLP 5-string feeler before eBay listing.

TB'ers,
I am getting ready to put my Ernie Ball OLP five-string up on eBay. If anyone is interested, please post. It is Black and white with Maple Fretboard, and looks just like it did the day I bought it, except I just bought a brand new case for it. (I did put a ding on the bottom of the case getting it out of the trunk [grrr] bringing it home from the local store, but otherwise it's brand new, with gold hardware.)

$300 shipped anywhere in the 48 contiguous states of the USA. PayPal is fine. I've taken pics, and just have to upload them to Photobucket and then to here, or provide a link. This baby is shiny!! Has a gorgeous maple neck and fretboard. New GHS boomers on it. It has never been gigged. I only played around with it in my studio, and someone needs it that will play it. I have two other basses, and four guitars, so it just sits..

I had to find out for myself if I wanted a five-banger, but I'm just an ole four-is-enough guy. It's perfect, and has been setup by a pro luthier/warranty tech. Also included is black fabric strap and star straplocks.

I will consider trade or trade/cash for a Mult-effects unit or pedalboard case (my bag split). I will post pics shortly, but if you are in a hurry, PM for email, and I will send you some by email. (Serious inquiries, please).

Thanks peledog. I downloaded it, but I'm having problems getting it to work right. Maybe I need another cup of java. It keeps telling me there are no jpg files in the folder now, and I'm looking at the folder full of jpg files. I tried resizing the whole subfolder, and I have tried resizing two individual photos from the subfolder. It resized the whole folder but it didn't create a new subfolder to save them into, and I don't want to change the original without saving it.

I'll keep working on it. 'Preciate the help.

Once more with feeling.

Hopefully the resizing program won't obscure this beauty. One of the best bangs for the buck out there. $300 to your door. Plays great, and sounds great. Not a scratch I can find on it anywhere. Like Stingray's but can't justify $1000+, here you go. Going to the bay tonight.

Are those Active, Passive, or Active/Passive? Will you ship to Canada?

Hey Bill,
All the Ernie Ball OLP's are passive, dual pole humbuckers. That means you can control each bank of poles separately, just like a MusicMan. The main difference between the OLP Stingray's and the MusicMan is the passive pickups and the wood in the body, as far as I know. (and the price!)

It's a very substantial bass, and with that famous mid-level growl. My main bass in an Ibanez that has USA Bartolini passive pickups and an active preamp. I play it in the flat (neutral) position 99.9% of the time, so it is essentially passive. All my other basses have been passive, and there are fans of both passive and active.

I would consider shipping to Canada, but I never have before, so I would have to do some checking into that. I couldn't ship it totally free, but I would subtract the USA shipping costs from the Canadian shipping costs, since I'm offering to ship it in the USA free.

That includes brand new hardshell case w/gold hardware, pro setup, strap locks, strap, and free shipping within the 48 contiguous states of the USA. Would love to see a TB'er get it.

You won't find one any cleaner, anywhere. Plays great now, with the pro setup. I'm just an old 4-stringer.

Will consider trades and offers. When I sell it, I plan to buy a Line 6 M9. More pics available on my Photobucket account, or via email.
