Easily my favorite F bass of the ones I've owned/played. Black/ Turquoise Ceruse' finish, the Studio 5 is a discontinued model. Ash body, Flamed Maple on Maple neck. Signed by Rocco Prestia before I bought it way back when. Very nice condition. With F Bass gigbag.
It's dated 1998 and weighs 8.5 lb. 19mm spacing. 20 frets (regular BN5 is 22).
Back is clean
This is the bass in the brochure. Included with bass.
Gigbag
Francis "Rocco" Prestia's sig...
Flaming on fingerboard
$2300 shipped CONUS. Selling to generate funds so not really looking for trades.

But my financial picture sure isn't what it use to be.
Hey all, since Brad has held on to this bass as long as he has then you can be assured that it is one very special bass. Brad plays only the best of the best and he knows his basses.
I still don't understand why George doesn't build these any longer.

I've owned a couple of BN5's and I'd have to agree. The monster BN6 that Jerry has is the closest I've heard to it, it just has a big, aggressive old school 70's Jazz vibe to it. Sits perfectly in a live mix. I took it by Atomic the last time I had it up for sale and Preach checked it out and gave me the "I know it's none of my business but you'd be an idiot to let this one go... it's special" look.
Honestly, I don't even like talking about it, it just reminds me of why I don't want to let it go... but I realize I need to offer up gear that has a better chance of selling in this market and we lucked into a deal on a new Carrier Infinity 95% HVAC system. It's installed, it's great and we want to pay it off immediately. IOW it's the grown up thing to do. Sometimes that sucks.

| Thanks for everything, Jerry. Seems I heard that George would do these as a special order though I could be mistaken. My favorite of all the F Bass models. Plus mine looks cool as ____. Icing on the cake. |

T | I liked the necks on my BN5s and don't really recall the specific differences vs. the Studio. The Studio neck is shorter by a couple of frets. |
