Up for trade is the above bass. Excellent, I have never been more happy with a bass. HOWEVER, the band I am joining is *strongly* vintage vibe, and as such I need to to have "the look." Got lucky, good deal on a P bass, so that's covered I can't afford to buy another bass and keep this one, so as much as it pains me, it'll have to be a swap. Now it's more curiosity than necessity, but still, if something cool comes along, I'm down to trade.
It should be noted that this is a STUDIO series, one of the very few that were hand-made by Mr. F Bass himself, George Furlanetto. The pickup covers are Mac ebony, just like the fretboard. Classy touch for sure. Under the covers are single coil awesomeness with zero hum.
Very light bass for a 5, under 10 lbs but approaching it. 34.5" scale, no problems with it whatsoever. Crazy B string, the ONLY B string that I have liked more than my old Ken Smith.
This bass was not by any means cheap when purchased. You can't get these now, but if you could, it'd run you over $4K. I'm not asking *that* much for trade value, but please consider that this is a top quality instrument, and would appreciate genuine offers in return (read: do u wantz teh Squire and bag ov potatoe chipz?).
Bass is in great condition, exactly the same as when I received it! Thanks TB, I look forward to hearing your offers!!

Maybe in the future if I'm really itching for a change of bass.
