F Bass, Piccolo model!
Mint condition, with a beautiful mahogany body and maple neck/board. As you would expect, this instrument sounds simply beautiful. It's fantastic for melody, chording, soloing, and just plain fun to play. This is certainly rare, and the mahogany one (according to George F.) is the best wood for the piccolo upper range. Currently strung B-E-A-D-G, an octave above a normal 5 string bass. 29" scale from bridge to nut.
Comes w/hardcase, extra strings, all case candy. This is essentially unplayed, original owner. I basically recorded notes with this instrument for research on musical timbre.
