I have a super rare chinese made "Starfire" bass. I bought this in 2006 and from what I have seen, they were only made that year, but I could be mistaken. I have not seen another like this one anywhere. It is a 10 string (Doubled 5'er) with a rosewood bridge, F-holes and is some serious funnage. Very cool semi hollow, acoustic kind of vibe. Tunes perfect. Plays great. Pretty wide neck (2") and a great look. I just love the cherry sunburst. I have to sell her though. I am working on raising money for a downpayment on my house. No really that is why I am clearing out all my extra stuff. I am letting this one go for $450 + shipping. It is a 34" scale and is heavy. 12 pounds on the bathroom scale! Sorry no case. Nice big wide body. This bass has never left my house. Absolutely beautiful and everthing is nicely working...
