Non logo Neck Plate
60's era reproduction tuners
60's era reproduction bridge
Great & straight neck; flawless truss rod
Excellent aging work
This bass was manufactured in May of 2009. I used this bass and another BV Jazz I have listed as my main touring basses since 2009. I just retired these two basses for a '78 Jazz and a '73 P.
I don't have the exact weight of the bass, I don't own a scale. It is on the lighter side. I never noticed the bass as "heavy" live. It's definitely lighter than my '78 and a '66 Jazz I have at home.
The "Fender" decal obviously drew attention from corporate resulting in a "cease and desist" for Bluesman Vintage; This bass is a pre-lawsuit Bluesman Vintage instrument.
Bass sells with no case. Incase Gig Bag pictured NOT for sale. Please email with any questions or additional hi res pics.
