Sweet bass.
I have a 1971 like this. They play and sound great.
Mine is 8 lbs even.
Early 70's P-Basses are great. |

| | Registered User | | Join Date: Mar 2004 Location: Jawja | | | That's my favorite Fender neck! I've owned several early '70's with the B neck and they were "thin" rather than "baseball bat" necks. The '72 P's I've owned were probably the nicest all around Fenders I've had and were in the 8-8.5lb range. Plus Jeff is a great guy to deal with!
If I had some extra cash (or something I could move) I'd be all over this..
