It's tax time and I owe the IRS so I'm selling my 65 jazz. Moreover,I don't play fretless anymore so I don't need it. First, lets get straight what it is and what it isn't. It is NOT an all original 65. The neck and body are original but everything else is new or repro parts. It has Lindy Fralin pickups(which I like better than than the originals in my 66 Jazz), Gotoh tuners, a new tortise shell lookalike pickguard, new electronics, repro bridge, Dunlop straplocks, and new screws and knobs. Is the headstock paint original? I don't know. It has a beautiful flame maple fretless neck with fret markers and boat epoxy. It plays and sounds awesome and is why I have had it for many years even though I only play it a couple of times a year. I'd like 1800.00 and you pay shipping.
