F/S Custom Fender MM5 with Warmoth neck!

Sign in to disble this ad
This bass is awesome But I'm going to stick with my endorsement bass's for now. (Performance Bass's)

Super clean condition

1) body is a Marcus Miller 5

2) neck is a Warmoth replacement, I replaced the neck because I don't like the 7-1/4" radius neck that comes on the Fender MM bass's. Warmoth's 10" radius and feels much better to me.

3) pickups are Lindy Fralin

4) preamp Aguliar OBP2 (fully shielded pup and electronics cavity)

5) Hipshot tuners

6) custom made w/b/w pickguard

7) Currently has DR highBeams 45-125 strings

8) High mass chrome Fender bridge

The bass is set up and plays perfect with super low string action or you can raise them to your liking.

Comes with a fender gig bag.

the chrome cover over the front pickup is not included nor are the holes are not drilled, that plate actually goes on my all original 74' Fender J

$1050 shipped conusa, no trades, I'm playing my Performance bass's.

Heres a youtube clip of this monster. ‪Vonn Jazz Presents Adria Shahid and The Groove Unit‬‏ - YouTube

The original MM neck is long gone, it paid for the replacement neck.

Great bass solo and a killer drummer! The twin babies dug it too!

I am really interested in your bass. Can you explain what you mean by "nor are the holes are not drilled, that plate actually goes on my all original 74' Fender J". Are the hole present or no? Maybe you could include some pictures of how it looks now? How does the Aguilar preamp compare to the one Fender put in this bass? What is a "custom made w/b/w pickguard" Thanks

No holes for the chrome pickup cover, I just sat it on the bass to see how it would look.(not included) Listen to the video to see if you like the ag preamp.. I personally like it better than the original fender preamp. I can reinstall the fender pre if you like. w/b/w is the 3ply white pickguard.

Is this a deluxe body? I thought the MM5 had the output jack on the face of the body. It looks like yours has the output on the end of the body?

This is a REAL Fender MM5 body, a good ole fashion drill and bit will allow one to put the output where ever they like ...lol. Also the MM 5 pups are in the 70's position, deluxe's are 60's.
