F/S Fender Jazz with maple neck

Sign in to disble this ad
This is a combination of 2 basses that I got here on TB.

The neck is from a MIM Fender Deluxe Precision which is essentially a jazz neck.

The body is a 3 tone sunburst, tort pickguard, custom shop 60's pick ups, 60's copper shielding all throughout, high mass bridge saddles (fender upgrade) string through body, Audere preamp with battery box made to body.

Some guitar stand rash on the back and a small nick where the neck joins the body.

I got a new jazz so this bass is just dead weight for me.

Yours for $675 shipped to CONUS.

Make me an offer, it couldn't hurt.

Nick at the neck (say that 3 times fast) is just in the paint and does not affect anything about the stability or playability. Price drop to $675.

I realize that this is a Fender parts bass and not factory made. However, it is a very good bass. The Audere preamp with Z-mode gives you a lot of tone. If I hadn't come into a great MPG Level IV jazz with a maple neck I wouldn't consider selling this bass.
