I am going a different direction with my bass choices, and I want to make room in my stable.

2010 Fender MIM Jazz V
Black/Rosewood/Tort PG
Audere 3band preamp
Seymour Duncan QuarterPounders
Schaller Straplocks
D'Addario Nickels
Blue Elite Gig Bag

I really enjoy this bass. I intended it to be a fretless project, but I like it as-is. There is one small ding in the side that I will try to capture in additional pics. It is otherwise in great shape. I have a Blue Elite gig bag in new condition to go with it.

I have over $800 in the bass. I'm asking for $800 $$750 $725 for bass, bag, and shipping CONUS.

Price reduction - $679 shipped CONUS I want to sell my basses.

Bass will be professionally packed and insured prior to shipment.

MIM, Audere, QP's, new bag, shipped CONUS. Asking $800. If someone would make a reasonable offer, I might reasonably consider it.

I have my own guidelines and markers indicating when/if I lower the asking price. I'm not terribly desperate, but I DO want to sell my basses enough that I entertain reasonable offers. If someone wants to build their own bass like this, they will spend more than what I'm asking and more than what I'd take for it. If someone wants to buy a Fender Jazz V Deluxe, they certainly can, but it won't have the Audere or the QP's. If making a sale requires me to mark it down as if it were cheap junk, I will keep it.

I don't mind the question. I have thought it through, and I know the costs involved. Any truly interested parties will do their research as well and will PM me to discuss it.

Thanks. I wasn't upset by the question (now removed), and my response to it was not intended to offend either. Just a clear statement of my thought process. No more, no less. ;-) I appreciate any questions/discussion, public or private. I also appreciate the moderators for maintaining a clean board - it helps both sellers and buyers.
