F/S : G&L SB-2 Tribute Sunburst/rosewood

This could be a great deal for a player who is not overly concerned with cosmetic details...
the body is in excellent original condition, which means US made G&L MFD pickups. which produce some serious output....the P sounds like a Fender up until about 4 , at which point it kicks into a serious sort of overdriven sound....
the J adds a nice growl , sounds great solo'd....

The neck finish was stripped off, actually feels good but it looks sloppy to me, quite a fast feeling neck, which measures 1.5" at the nut.....the entire headstock was painted, this is what happens when people drink and drug while craft supplies are handy.....the neck plate has been switched out to a Fender/Corona.....

The finish did not photograph well , the blend between the 3 tones is more than it looks like....

This is a lot of bass for light $$$

$320 shipped in the conus if payment made with USPS money order.

Is there any finish on the neck or is it bare wood?

Nice deal. Unfortunate about the neck, but should be a fairly simple fix to someone who knows what they are doing.

Very simple ! - I have considered just stripping the headstock and redoing it and the neck on some sort of oil finish but time is tight around here...
ANyone who like a bass with a fast neck and BIG BA**s would be really happy with this
