It's in great shape and comes with the hard shell case.
I've had this bass for about 5 years. Played it on ocassion at my church, and at home. Very light use.
I had some Fender nylon core - tapewound strings (black).
To me they are the best looking and sounding strings.
Nice and fat - upright like, but still cut through.
There is a slight indentation/ imperfection in the wood top - to the left of the bridge. You can only see it if your'e looking at the perfect angle. I had to take 5 pictures to get it to show up. When I bought it, it wasn't mentioned to me, and didn't bother me. I'm just picky with my descriptions.
