F/S- Ibanez BTB405

Sign in to disble this ad
I have a Ibanez BTB405 5 string bass for sale. purchased about 5-6 years ago new.
I'm asking $300 shipped with a cracked hard shell case. the case is included free only to ensure safety in its travels.

Trans-black (although looks purple in most light).

Plenty of tone out of this bass. You can achieve a wide range of sound for many styles.

the body has some kicks here and there. most noticeably on the top cutaway of the body. theres a knick on the headstock as well. some belt marks on the back of the body but not bad. some slight oxidation, also not so bad.

I recently removed the locking input jack and had it replaced with a standard jack. when i got the bass back i notched when you turn the volume knob the signal acts all funky. I can describe it as a "warble" noise if that makes sense. ha. anyway I think its just a wiring issue. it should cost much to repair and i have taken that into consideration with my asking price.
I recently bought a bass so I'm just trying to get some cash to make up for what I spent. Paypal only or local pickup in chicago($275 if picked up local) please feel free to message me for any more pictures or info and ill be glad to answer any of your questions. thanks
