F/S LAKLAND SKYLINE DECADE II -$725.00

Sign in to disble this ad
Almost new Lakland Skyline Decade II- Plek'ed in August 2010!

The bass is in almost new condition. I've only played it at home, and the only signs of use are slight brush marks on the pickguard from my fingernails.
Has a jazz type neck (1.5" at nut) with pearl block inlays- look awesome with the dark rosewood.
Neck adjustment uses MM style wheel design- personally think it's a much more user friendly system.
Pickups have plastic cover with "Lakland USA" on them- different from original Decade.

The Decade II plays and sounds great and looks equally as good. It hasn't seen much playing time. I have a 5 string Lakland on the way, so somethings got to move. Plek'ed tag and wrenches with polyfoam case included.

$725.00 shipped CONUS.

Decade II

The only difference is the plastic covered "Lakland USA" chisonics vs. the metal bordered pups. They changed them in 2009. I read somewhere (I think a Lakland group) that they changed them for string interference and production difficulties/cost reasons. As this was made (or at least plek'ed-fretted) in 08/10, it's got the plastic covered pickups. In all other respects, it is exactly the same bass.

Additional Pictures

Do you have additional pictures showing head stock and close up of controls and pickups?
