F/S Mike Lull MV5

Sign in to disble this ad
Well my Mike Lull MV5 is up for sale. Asking $1600.00 Shipped in U.S. only. Serial No#493. USPS money order preferred or Certified check.

Bought from TBer about 2 years ago. The bass has some belt rash in back, not bad though, and on side of neck there is some dark streaks but is just the color of the wood and not worn or anything else. On headstock looks like a scratch but again just marking of wood. Bass is in great condition. This bass plays incredible. Everything described will be in PICS below.

Pickups- Sadowsky
Pre- Bartolini Vol/Vol-push/pull active/passive, Blend, Mid-push/pull freq. shift, Bass/Treble

The reason I am selling the bass is I just prefer 34'' scale basses and my CallowHill's fill that bill. Also needing the cash to get other equipment.

PICS:

Nice bass! I'm a big sucker for these basses...especially the ash/maple ones. The natural/pearl/birdseye look is one of my alltime favorites. Just curious - does this really have Sadowsky pickups? Any chance you meant the Seymour Duncan single-coils?

FWIW, if this is Mike's typical layout, the volume knob would also be push/pull for active/passive, and the mid EQ knob would have the 250/800hz frequency shift. Not trying to be a pest...just FYI in case it helps with the sale.

Yes it is Push/Pull active/passive layout and EQ mid shift, sorry just forgot to list that. Bass does have the Sadowsky pickups & not the Seymour Duncan. I appreciate that B/C that is important.

This thing just has to sound awesome. Here's a very-likely-unnecessary bump. Great bass at a fair price. Here's predicting a quick sale.

Would you take a picture of back where scratches are? Is the B string thru body? Has it been plek'd?

Bass has never been plek'd, the bass plays like butter and does not have string thru on B. The B string is very good. I am very picky on a B string.
