F/S Modulus Quantum 5

Sign in to disble this ad
bass is sold!!

I'm a new member here but have lots of feedback under the same user name on ebay and Fred Miranda (photography forum)

I have a 5 string Quantum I bought used. I replaced the front pickup because it was bad a couple of weeks ago.

Up for sale is this used Modulus Quantum 5 String Electric Bass Guitar in Blackstone Finish w/ Quilt Top

Featuring: Emg pickups & Bolt-on Graphite Neck.

The bass is in very good condition. However, there are a few scratches & dings thoughout the body. The electronics work without any problems and the neck is straight.

includes case as shown 35" scale link to images here

1350.00 shipped and paypalled. Will consider a Fender P or p/j bass as partial trade.

Michael

Just to chime in, it looks like it's a 2000 build, first two numbers of serial denote what year it is. If it's an EMG pre and has sweepable mids,, then it should be the BQC preamp. The controls on mods with that pre were volume/balance/stacked bass-treble/stacked mid cut-boost/mid freq. I didn't think they put truss rods in until "02 though. Is there a hole at the base of the neck? that's where Mod wound up putting their adjustment slot, couldn't tell from the pics.

Cool, wasn't positive on what year they started putting truss rods in. Very cool bass, someone will be very happy with it.

Oh man what a price on a great bass! Loved the tone of the two Modulus basses I've had but just can't do the 17mm spacing on them anymore. Good luck with the sale!
