How old? How straight is the neck? (slight forward relief, noticeably more bow, dead straight?), How high is the action off the 24th fret? And is it strung with lights, mediums, heavies?

Sorry for the questions. I'd love this bass, but I'm a skeptic of older Modulus necks!

Is that 2-Tek 18mm or 19mm?

I'm going to guess that it's 17mm, since that's standard Modulus spacing (they didn't start making 19mm Quantums until a couple of years ago).

Thanks, I had seen a couple of early Q5's that were built with a 34" scale and thought that maybe they made some with wider spacing as well.

Regardless that's a VERY nice bass for a VERY low price!
