F/S: Peavey Fury bass and hardshell case

Sign in to disble this ad
Up for sale is my Peavey Fury bass with a non-OEM hardshell case. The Fury & case are in very good condition. I am not sure of its exact age, but I believe it dates to the late 80's or early 90's.

The neck is in great condition. It is straight with little fret wear and has a very fast slim profile. It has no dings, dents, scratches etc. to affect playability. It has a couple small dings on the end of the headstock.

The body has some dings and small scratches. The majority and worst of these can be seen in the pictures. Most are on the edges of the bass. The pickguard has a small piece broken off.

The electronics are new. It has new JP-46 pickup by Bill Lawrence, CTS pots and switchcraft jack. It sounds great.

It plays great with a very good action. This bass Is ready to gig.

I'm asking $230.00 shipped within the CONUS. Paypal is OK.

It is a mid '90's Fury judging from the back of the headstock. I would imagine that CE 95 sticker on the back means that it was manufactured in 95 and passed all ISO tests to be a certified playable instrument

Some people wouldn't know a great PBass if it hit em in the head. Somebody buy this 1.5" nut width jazzesque like better than Fender PBass earsplitting PBass. I have one and they are every bit as good as if not better than a Fender IMHO. BTW this is American made and great quality to boot.
