F/S Peavey Millennium

I have a very nice Peavey Millennium BXP. Black quilted top string-thru body. Black hardware. I died the rosewood board black with oil dye, which I think looks great. The fit and finish on this bass is very nice. It's light and it has the best balance of any of my basses. I have a few P-basses which give me the sound I need with my band and this one just doesn't get much play. $165 Shipped CONUS. LOWER PRICE !

That's a mega nice price. I have a 5 string of the same model, but I feel I have too small hands to play it right, I tried out a 4-string in the local music store and liked the feel more, but the only issue is I live in Alaska, which would be a problem I bet !

Reply to this with a PM and we can talk if ya want

I want. Unfortunately I will have a hard time getting my brother to believe it is legit buying something off a forum(he is a skeptic). Think you could list it on eBay to ease his aggression? Looks amazing dude!

Hey bro, click on the 'feedback' by timber's name, it has compliments on buying & selling from these very forums, if that doesn't convince your bro, I don't know what will!

Also, free bump for Mark.

I find it difficult to believe someone would trust a 'bay transaction more than a TB one. The solid rep of this forum is one of the reasons there are so many members participating here, not to mention the extra expense of the other place.

Personally, I see minimal risk in this particular deal. If I needed a bass like this, I'd be buying.

*Generic disclaimer: don't know either party, no involvement or interest. Just my 2 cents.

I strongly prefer buying and selling on TB rather than ebay or Craigslist. You never know who you are dealing with on ebay, and although many of us have not physically met each other here on TB, it's a community and the feedback from other members tells the story. Before I list it on ebay, see if you can convince him that this is a better option.

Thanks.
