F/S Peavey TL-5 w/ mods.

This is an older Peavey, I don't know what year it was made, but it is well constructed. This one did not have the vlc pickups, I don't know what kind they were, but they sounded terrible. I had Reed James make some pickups for the bass and a tech installed a Bartolini 3 band pre amp. The bass is in pretty good shape for it's age. There are a few scratches and swirls and one ding on top of the headstock. The gold on the bridge and tuners have some fading, but operate perfectly. The bass sounds good and the neck feels good in your hands. I have a custom bass coming this week and I need to sell some gear to get some gear.

The specs:

Flamed maple body.
5 piece Flamed maple and walnut ??? neck.
Ebony fret board.
Stock bridge and tuners.
Reed James pickups.
Bartolini 3 band pre amp.
Active/passive push pull on volume knob.
I believe the spacing at the bridge is 18mm.

Some pics.

I would like to get 650.00 for this one.

Why are there no "PM Sent" messages here? Fantastic basses for the ridiculous prices.

Case?

Weight?

Pickups are single coil or humbucker or quadcoil? What are the switch functions?
