f/s Spector bass with the serial number 8302

I bought a Spector bass on eBay with the serial number 8302 for one of my customer but he does not want it any more so I am reseling it here.

I'm not really sure what I see...it looks like a Legend with upgraded hardware and EMG-Hz pickups. Can you tell us where it was made? The serial number really doesn't do us any good.

EDIT: It's a stock Spector Legend 4.
