Hi gang.
I'm selling/trading my Warwick Fortress One 5 string bass. Specs:

Flamed Maple body (natural), Ovangkol neck and Wenge fretboard, MEC pick ups and preamp, recessed straplocks. has some wear by the neck pickup. Comes in a Warwick bag.

Asking $950 shipped or best reasonable offer. Will trade for a 5 string bass of the same caliber with wide string spacing (at least 18,5 mm) I'm also looking for a nice head +/- cash.

I have one of these (same finish and all) and I may one day be buried with mine. The old Fortresses (I've owned two) are my favorite of any Warwick ever built. Perfect balance, excellent construction and just an all-around great bass.

If you like Warwicks, you should snag this. Seriously.

I want one of these so bad. I wish the priceswerent all over the place for these. Whenever i have the money for one the asking price is higher and whenever i dont have the money the prices are lower. lol

Anyway, nice bass and i wish i could take it off your hands. Fortress one are easily my favorite warwicks. Its a shame they discontinued them.
