| F/S Tom Martinson hand-made bass
For sale a Tom Martinson Single-cut hand-made 5 string bass. Weighs about 9 lbs. Body is wormy cherry with a walnut and wenge top. The neck is walnut with a rosewood fingerboard. MM and single-coil jazz pick-up with passive electronics. The bass sounds and feels very good. The thing you have to remember with these basses is to not expect perfection. Tom uses distressed wood and there are small worm holes, knot holes, gaps, and other blemishes on the bass that does not affect the sound or playability at all. This is a $350 hand-made bass, not a $15,000 hand-made Alembic. No case, but will be packed very well. Continental USA only. $350 shipped.
