F/S: Traben Kore 5 with Seymour-Duncan Pickups

Gorgeous, orangeburst Traben Kore 5 that I had customized with Seymour-Duncun "Basslines" pickups. This neck-through guitar is incredibly eye-catching, and plays with a very bright tone and deep sustain. I have to sell it in order to buy a different guitar to suit the tribute band I'm now in.

Built in 2006 or 2005, made in Korea, 24 Frets, 35" scale, 5 String, looks like a laminate top (It is beautiful), Solid Body neck through, two truss rods, Volume, Blend, bass, mid treble controls, Soapbar near bridge, Active, Basswood body, rosewood fretboard, abalone inlays, Quilt maple top, good tuners, Chrome Plated Brass nut.

Includes custom Traben hard case.

$400 plus shipping. This is a bargain. this guitar cost $650 and the pickups cost me $250 more to have installed.

Here's what a review said about it:

"I have been playing bass for 21 years now. I own too much other gear to list but a few things I will list, my main axe is an 87 PRS 4 string with birds inlays. my funk machine is a 72 Jbass that I have active EMG's in. my Jazz/Fusion bass is a knilling upright with Eurosonic strings & a Realist pickup. I play the electrics through a Presonus Tube Pre with a parametric EQ , the upright uses a Presonus Acoustic-q, both preamps run to a SWR 2004 head, then a 15" Bag end for most stuff, and I add a hartke 410XL when I need more volume.

I bought this bass because I needed a 5 string and I could not afford the warwick/gadow/spector that I wanted, I wanted a neck throough bass and after playing this one I am VERY happy with it.

I would buy it again if it were lost or stolen

I love the tone, I Hate & Love the bridge, it is growing on me, it sounds great, it looks flashy, my favorite feature is the really good preamp. I compared it to the set neck schecter's, set neck spector's , set neck warwicks & bolt on Gardows..I chose this one because it played as good as the warwicks & spector for 1/2 the price. it played better than the schectors. * Anything you wish it had? a less flashy bridge, but it is growing on me, people love to look at it.
it is a real eye catcher and I hang it on the wall with pride next to my classic basses & guitars."

No dings, no nicks. Played out only 5 times.

Drop me a PM if interested.

Tim
