F/S Yamaha Nathan East -- excellent price!

This is a great bas that if it doesn't sell, I won't shed any tears at all. (Read: I'm not interested in lowball offers. This is being offered at an excellent price.)

This is a Yamaha Nathan East BBNE-2 "Artist Model." It's the latest version of the Nathan East but this one has black hardware instead of gold. It has the parametric eq and a hardcase.

It is in fantastic playing condition but it does have some "Mojo Marks" -- specifically some buckle rash on the back and a ding on the bottom near the strap pin. (It was touched up with white ink) The hard case also has the former owner's Band Name ("Memento") stenciled onto it in white.

This is a great bass with all kings of fantastic tone and versatility. Another TB'er summued it up like this:

"Hugely flexible with a perfect range of voices for many jazz and R&B contexts, particularly if zeroing on a refined, compressed sort of sound. All in all, a very uptown package which is really hard to beat if you're looking for a more sophisticated, less flashy vibe."

Well spoken.

I'm asking $1250 firm plus shipping in CONUS -- No trades.

Serious buyers PM me for detailed photos of the "Mojo Marks"

This version is called the "Artist Model" -- that one had Black hardware instead of Gold.
