F/S Zeta Prism Fretless bass

Sign in to disble this ad
I bought this in the classifieds back in October as my first fretless. The original thread is here

The bass sounds really great and was exactly as advertised, but I think I want to try a drum up some funds for a custom build so I'm selling some instruments.

It will include the original shown case and the original instruction manual. I have the original strap buttons that will go back on the bass before it ships out.

It has a brand new set of Chromes on it and will also come with a set of GHS roundwounds.

I'm looking for $875 shipped CONUS, paypal okay. SOLD.. Thanks Vernon

Side Dot Question

Are the side markers where the fret lines would be?

Or, are the side markers between where the frets would be - as they are on a fretted?

Had a fretless where the dots were between where the frets would be - very confusing.

Ya, I know you should play by ear, but a little visual help is nice.

The side markers are where the lines would be on the 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th, octave, and so on.

Piezo only?

This has to be a piezo only solid body...what is the control setup?
9V? single battery? an individual peizo crystal for each string saddle?
what is the control arrangment? volume, bass, treble? etc.
not familiar with this brand, but I am interested.
I love peizo's!

It's a solid body piezo only. Ebony fretboard and hardrock maple neck. One pickup per string in the bridge and each string's volume independently adjustable with trimmers in the control cavity. Controls are vol treble and bass. The switch goes from a pbass tone to a Steinberger tone to a Zeta tone. Incredible range of sounds. I have the original owner's manual that gives more details how the controls work.
