F/T Feeler: 2007/2008 American Standard Jazz - 3TSB / RW, 4 string

I'm gassing for another Precision and I'm offering my late 2007 American Standard Jazz for trade. It came stock with the 2008 updates; High mass bridge, thinner poly coat, Hipshot designed Fender tuners.

It's a beautiful Three tone Sunburst, Maple Neck w/ a Rosewood Fretboard.. The stock pickups were replaced w/ Nordstrand NJ4 Single Coils. I also replaced the HM bridge w/ the older version Fender Deluxe Bridge. The pix below are w/ the HM Bridge which will be re-installed prior to shipping. Transaction will also include the stock pickups. I believe I have all the case candy and the Fender orginal Hard Shell Case is included. There are no major or minor dings or scratches on either the body or neck. She is strung w/ Sadowsky BLue Label Bright Nickels, 45-105.

The fretboard is great. I had a local Pro, Mark Kane w/ Fat Sound, Cary, NC, touch up / level a couple of frets to get the board flat w/o buzzing up and down the neck. So, if you like a flat or nearly flat neck w/o buzzing for those who play w/ a light touch, this neck will fit the bill. I love a flat or nearly flat neck. Oh yeah, She weighs, 8.4 lbs. She's a nice one and won't break your back!

Primary trade interest is the newer version Fender Amercian Standard Precision, 3TSB, Rosewood Fretboard. 2007 model with the 2008 updates or newer. Must have a great neck and weight no more than 9 lbs.

Will entertain other P-bass offers of older American Standard P-Basses models (before 2008). Perfer 3TSB and Rosewood combination. I have the Ash/Maple covered. Feel free to pm offers.

Because this bass plays so nice and sounds great and light for a Jazz at 8.4 lbs, I really would like to keep her. But, I'm short on funds to purchase a Precision at this time and have major gas for one. Maybe there's someone out there that has Precison that wants or needs a Jazz. If so, shoot me a PM and some pix.

Trades within the CONUS only.

A few pix!

Bump for a great TB'er, and a great looking J.
Also: I had a 1969 P bass that Mark Kane from Fat Sound had refretted and he does very good work.

Although primary interest is the newer Precision models, will entertain offers for the earlier version AM STD P-Bass, Road Worn, etc. Perfer 3TSB / RW combination. I have the Ash / Maple P-Bass covered.

Feel free to Pm me!

Thanks! If I didn't have the CS64, I would not be trying to trade for a Precision. It's a very nice Jazz!

Bump!

No real interest for a trade by the weekend, I'll be keeping her. No loss, She's a good one!
