F/T Feeler My Two P basses for your......

Sign in to disble this ad
Ok just a feeler. Spector Euro/USA, and Modulus gas has bitten me.
I have a 2008 MIA Fender P. Black/Black with Maple/maple neck. Also it has an Aguilar 18v pre(WITH BYPASS switch). OHSC
Second is my baby. Early 90's ESP M-IV (Actually its a P/J). Active Duncan pups with the mid notches on the outside of the pups. They sound 'effin AWSOME. Alder body, maple neck, rosewood board. Neck has the standard 1 11/16" nut like a P bass but the thickness of the neck is that of a USA T-bird.
I am at work at the moment so all I have are 3 pics. One of the ESP body, ESP headstock, one of the fender body showing some of the neck. If anyone is interested I will take alot more pics, its not a problem.

Trade wise I would do my two for your one. I could possibly add some cash for the right bass. I'm not sure if I'm into cash offers right now for either or both. So we'll leave it out for now.
Looking for a P/J configuration preferably. What I am looking for is a Spector czech 4 string. USA is probably out of my $$ range at the moment.
Would also consider a Modulus 4 (graphite neck WITH truss rod). Especially a sweet spot bass. Old Alembic Spoiler or Persuader. Pedulla Buzz (fretted). I know theres one or two more I can't think of.
****** Would also consider Just the Fender for a USA Cirrus Walnut.

I would also like to buy another ESP M-IV if anyone has one. I would happily get a 2nd one and keep mine too.

Any questions, or pic requests(for serious interest) Feel free to ask or PM me.

FENDER

ESP

Heres more pics of the fender. I forgot to mention, if you notice the bridge(which is string through) its extremely beefy. There are no markings on the bridge and I was told it was factory?? Its like a tank though!
I found a couple tiny dings. 2 below the battery box and one up close to the outer edge on the back side. I tried to move around in the light to get them to show.
The pre amp and the wiring looks to be professionally done. Its much nicer than the pic looks(looks messy to me). The battery box was done like it was factory. No cobbing or 2nd hand work.

on the back side where i showed the small ding I noticed theres a spot to the left of it that looks like a scuff/scrape. Its not. its from my greasy hand. Forgive me, the whole thing is loaded with hand/finger prints from a show last night and I havnt cleaned it yet.
The only thing the bass needs is a set of strings. I like them worn a little so they are good for me. But I dont like wasting money on my brand when someone is just going to take them off and put their brand on them anyhow. If I am selling/trading the bass that is.
If this goes I will put the factory strap buttons on. I need my straplock buttons. Sorry.

Just clear up some confusion....the fender is NOT 100% active. Yes it has the Aguilar pre amp. It is 18v. The pick-up is STOCK. There is a bypass switch. You can run it straight up stock fender. Or engage the switch and add the pre. There seems to have been a bit of confusion.

GAS is a terrible thing. You'd sell off "your baby"? for this trade. Good luck, I hope you don't have any regret when this is over.

The ESP is actually my "baby" but its not sacred to me. I would love to trade just the fender for a USA cirrus or something close to that.

So I'm now open to trades or sale on just the Fender. I've had alot of PMs about the Fender so I guess I will deal with just that if anyone is interested.
Again, would love to trade it for a Walnut USA Cirrus 4. Possibly a EBMM Sterling(preferably a HH). Would consider anything cool with a J neck profile. BUT, I will consider a P neck (1 11/16" nut) IF it has a thin neck (like thunderbird thin).
Would consider OLD BC rich NJ series neck through Mockingbird. or 80's USA BC rich. Mockingbird or gunslinger only.
NO Rock bass warwicks, Ibanez, schecter, Dean, korean spectors, ect.
Do not want another Fender Jazz unless it has a P pup in the neck spot.

Also would take a 4003 ric with some cash on my end.
