F/T Lakland Sunburst 44-60 J style...for amp head, cab or combo

IT'S GONE! Sorry for lack of responsiveness over the last week....was called out of town on business unexpectedly. Thanks for the offers.

Lakland Skyline 44-60 bass in excellent condition. Recently setup, plays and sounds wonderful. No noticeable flaws, zero issues.

This bass is the most beautiful version in my opinion...awesome sunburst, tortoise pickguard, rosewood fretboard. Includes bag.

Looking for a good amp head or cabinet(s), or possibly a combo. Interested in amps/heads that can do a more vintage tone in particular. Don't need tons of power or distortion....300 watts or so would be plenty. Interested more in tone rather than sheer power.

May be willing to add or accept cash depending on the trade. No Carvin or lower end stuff please...looking for higher end stuff (no offense, Carvin lovers)which is why I'm thinking head or cab only...better odds of getting something I won't outgrow quickly.

May possibly consider an outright sale or bass trades....doesn't hurt to throw it out there.

Thanks.

Joel

I have no problem with Ampeg....

Just depends on the model. I didn't mean to disparage Carvin, just haven't had good luck with them personally. Thanks.

How much would you want for an outright sale?

Lol, I play(ed) my US Laklands, Dingwalls, Pedullas... you name it thru Carvin B series amps. They smoked my Thunderfunk and are still the best sounding amps I've had the pleasure to try. If they weighed as little as my GB Shuttles, I'd still gig w/ them. AND I just replaced my gig rig (2 Bergantino NV cabs) w/ Carvin PA enclosures (LS1503s) because they're more portable and get the job done for 1/5 the cost.

No offense was taken, I just find humor in the varied tastes and opinions of us bassists.... for instance, I've yet to try an all tube amp that I like in the least . To each his own.

Bumpage for a sweet bass.
