I just got this amazing bass but my new (to me) Skjold is my # 1 now
I watched Ed Frienland's review a few months ago and I've been gassing for one ever since then: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q3r6GAqHu4E
This is one of the newer ones with the series parallel switch, Ash body (see thru black finish), Maple neck, Rosewood board, Glock preamp and Delano Humbucker pickups. Comes in a nice Human Base gig bag.
I would love to trade it for a Warwick Thumb BO 5er or a FNA JazzMan or any 5er of the same caliber. I'm also looking for a nice head (MarkBass, GK etc.) plus cash on your end. |

I have a very nice condition Thumb BO 5 that I would love to trade for that - I really wanted that exact model/color for my last purchase but ended up going with a Nueser instead. If you are interested in talking about it, let me know.

I used to have a 55-02 with the Lakland electronics and the Human Bass is more versatile (to my ears, IMNSHO etc ) YMMV. |

edit: the licks i'm talkin bout start just after 1:00 and it's when he's demonstrating the lack of preamp coloring when switching between active/passive.
