Fakenbacker Matsumoku / Aria made Aspen branded clone

Matsumoko produced mid-1970's Rickenbacker copy bass for sale. The headstock is labeled "Aspen", and web research shows the same bass was also offered under the Aria name.
Here are the dirty details: Bolt on neck, single truss rod, missing bridge pickup cover, truss rod cover is on at an angle. The bass sounds good and plays well. It has the usual myriad of mild scratches in the surface, some old tape goo on the back of the neck near the headstock, and a few edge chips.
I will take more detailed and better photos tomorrow when I have some sunshine to work with. Tell me what pics you want to see, and I will post it.
Asking $375.00. Please PM me if interested.

OK, The sun is up, and here are some more photos. Please remember that some of what you see is glare from the sunlight. I have higher res versions of the below photos. If you want to see them, just PM me with your email address.
In answer to several questions:
I am sorry, but I need the cash, so I am not interested in a trade right now.
The bass is black.
The fretboard is laquered in Ric style.
At the back/base of the headstock is some finish disturbance. At first I thought it was old tape goo, but it may be from hanging the new finish on a foam covered guitar hanger. Whatever happened did so a looong time ago. I was unable to remove it. The headstock is not, nor was it ever cracked. This is surface only.
The pictures mostly show the various bonks and nicks, since I want the buyer to know what they are buying. Please PM me with any questions, I will be glad to answer.
