Feeler, Longshot... Status Stealth 6 Headless

My wife will kill me. But here's the deal....

I bought my 'dream bass' a few years ago -

she's a Status Graphite 6 string Headless, Green Tint, Gold Hardware, Wraparound Green LED fretmarkers.... spacing is 18mm at the bridge.

Bought new, I am the ONLY owner.....


I've found out over the past few years that

1) I don't know when I'll do another theatre show again (main reason for buying this bass)

2) I don't like bringing this $4000 beauty out to bar gigs

3) Everything I've played in the past 4-5 years has been only needing a 5 string to cover everything, or a 4 to cover most.

4) I'm getting older - I'd love to play this beauty every show, but arthritis and other health related problems are making me head towards narrower spacing and as light as possible.

That said..... I would be looking for SERIOUS interested buyers - I want to (for now) make this a 'local pickup/come try out 1st' deal - and I realize that my target buyers will prob not be 'local', but please respond to this and ask questions if you are interested.

I'd be willing to sell for $3500 .... there is really only 1 trade I will entertain, and that is a Status Streamline 5 string with 16.5mm spacing (no bendwell). I'd prefer LED sidemarkers, and no front dots - clear or red tint, but if you're close to this and interested, please shoot me a PM. The trade would be + about $800-1400 on your end, depending on the details.
