Is the For Sale or For Trade?

If you are looking to piece it out ... then it should be in the "Accessories" area. Prices?

As usual you speak correct. Here's a couple shots just to prove that it "did happen".
I'd be fine with selling this bass complete, or piecing it out. I'm not really sure what model EMG's I have, it's been a while.

As far as any trades go, the bass that replaces this will need to be a versatile 5 with a REALLY above average B string. If you feel you have something that qualifies feel free to mention it.

That is very nice. How does the mahogany body work with that graphite neck?

Is it 34"? What's the string spacing?

I can tell you it's 34". I clearly remember Bob's stance regarding the difference between 34" and 35" when I ordered the neck. Since there does seem to be some interest I'll dig out my reciepts/build sheets on thus stuff and update with some better pics and more prudent information.

OK!!

I've found the receipts I was looking for except the one from MOSES.
It's a Warmoth Deluxe 5, mahogany body, flame koa top, V-V-T-T w/ rear control plate, side jack.

Here's what I know:

34" scale
1 3/4" at the nut
Bridge is a Schaller Model S496B, came with the body from Warmoth-Advertised spacing 15.6mm-17mm.
Tuners are Gotoh GB-7, came with the neck from Moses.

The electronics currently:

Emg 40DC
Emg 40J
Emg VMC(variable mid control)
Emg EXB(basically a "slap knob")

So the bass was set-up both pick-ups series with one volume, treble, EXB and finally the VMC. It's currently not wired.

KNOW ISSUES:

There's some "mojo" above the neck pup and below the G string in the slap zone.
It's a "players bass", there's dings and scratches on it. The bass(body) has a fairly light coat of Tung oil on it which isn't very hard or protective which accounts for much of the marking. The back of the neck is perfect, there is a couple little dings on the top edge of the fret board, not where you would feel it, but where you can see it.
The nut was not cut well and was installed using some kind of grey epoxy. I would say you will need to install and cut a new nut.
I've received some interest/trades etc. Those folks will get first consideration as this is the first time I've put all the info together.

I've will include receipts/info from Warmoth and EMG which amount to $780, not including the neck of course. They are from 2002.

Pics Coming Soon!!!

I realize the electronics/pick-ups are not too desirable for most people interested in this type of bass-$600 WITHOUT PICK-UPS/ELECTRONICS, $700 WITH..
Paypal is ok, money order/check is fine too, can ship once funds clear. I'm not in big rush.

I look forward to some more pictures.

I am envisioning this with Nordstrand Big Singles and a U-Retro and it's making me uncomfortably hot.

That's actually really close to the route I almost re-took! It seems that the non-painted/non-pg J thing just isn't my vibe anymore, don't hate it, it's just not my preference anymore. Plus it's tough to justify dropping that much more coin into a bass that isn't going to see that much action.

I snapped some pics in the fading fog-light, I'll post them when I get back from the gig.

PICS

They're not the greatest, basically I did my best to document the "deficiencies", and give you enough views to get an accurate feel for the condition of the bass:

The shows the location of a neck ding that looks larger than it is in this picture, it's in a spot where you'll never feel it, but you can see it. It's in between the first and second fret on the B string side.

This is a scrape of some sort, I haven't tried to rub it out or anything, it's not a stress mark. Also notice there's a tiny bit of production "pitting" around that area, this is normal according to Bob at Moses. It's nothing you can even begin to feel.
