Feeler trade only Sadowsky NYC content

Sign in to disble this ad
I'm looking for a specific bass, and that bass must be a NYC Sadowsky UVPJ4 that looks like the attached picture which belongs to our good friend Frandiaz a.k.a Fran. (the one on the left). The only compromise I'm willing to make on a trade is I'll accept a Jazz neck instead of the P neck. It must be the Ash P-bass body and Maple board, Vintage Tint, and of course in superb condition like mine.

That's a big order but the only way I'll let my precious #4018 go.

Thanks for looking.

edit: here is the spec on my bass.
#4018
Style: Vintage 4-string
Finish: '59 Burst
Wood: Swamp Ash
Fingerboard: Brazilian Rosewood
Pickguard: Tortoise
Hardware: Chrome
Pickups: Sadowsky Humcancelling J
Weight: 9 lbs.

Comments:
Passive tone control. VTC

There's more music in the nuance than the notes.

Well I do have a nice ash/maple UVJ4 already, but I'm gassing for a UVPJ4. I just fancy the P body more with a P or PJ. Also I feel like the ash maple works better for me playing live. I still love the rosewood tone though. I've actually been on the hunt for sometime but finally decided I would try to find a trade first. So you see.. you may have caught it from me and were not aware. It's the H1PJ virus...

Don't 'fret' you still one of my bass gear idols !!!

I have a sweet Celinder Vintage Jazz 4...handmade...with series/parallel switch, gets that P bass sound if desired.

Don't know if I could ever let it go either though.
