Hi All,

Up for sale is my Fender 50's Precision bass. It is in excellent condition and weighs in at 8.5 lbs. It is 100 percent stock and ships with Fender gig bag.

These are highly regarded and you will likely have a hard time finding a better bass for this price. I have been very happy with it for a couple years, but just upgraded to an American Standard, so no longer require this instrument.

is the color fiesta red?

Hi All

The color is Fiesta Red. I believe that is the standard red that these basses come in (besides black, blonde and sb).

I guess my camera has let me down on these pictures a bit, or perhaps it is my complete lack of skills, but if you have ever seen a red 50's Precision, it is the same shade.

I'll try and get some better pics taken this weekend.

Trades? Well, it's not my first choice, but I'd consider offers of four string fretted basses, or amplification or maybe even accessories.

I'd primarily be interested in trading up and adding cash from my end. The goal here is primarily to reduce headcount. A nice head or combo might be cool.

Hi All,

A few folks have been asking about the color of this bass. I guess that my first photos were not too good. There was some decent light when I got home from work tonight, so I was able to take a more representative shot.

I should probably also mention that the bass is a 2007 model.
