SN is DN815305 which puts this at a 1998-1999. This bass is Mint Condition with only minor swirling. It is fretless lined and comes with the original hard case.
I don't know if you can tell from the pics but it is Trans red and you can see nice wood grain under the finish. It did not show very well in the sunlight.
I got this one from an older lady…she told me that she got it because her bother liked it but then he died. She did not know how to play bass. In the case is the original plastic bag containing what looks like strap locks, a cable, a cloth, the owners’ manual and hex key for bridge. The keys for the case are even in there. It recently had a professional set up and has very low action and plays oh so smooth.
The fretboard is in perfect condition and the bass is slung with flats. The bass even has the plastic thing on the knobs that tells you what each one does. It also still has the plastic film on the back plate. This thing is minty fresh. I just got this thing but also just ordered a custom fretless, so I can’t justify the money.
