Fender American Deluxe P bass-untouched-Candy Orange paint

Sign in to disble this ad
Made in 2001. American made fender deluxe. Quality bass, beautiful orange paint i have never seen before on a fender. This bass sat under a bed in a case, can i say the bass is mint? yes pretty much. I have looked it over and over again and i honestly cant find a mark , no dents no dings etc. I am sure there are some slight scratches on the pickguard or something but this sucker is so clean. Yes that is the original case candy inside the original case. The case has slight scratches from moving around, original polishing cloth and I am pretty sure the owner only cleaned this , it looks unplayed. There are some picks and the original hang tag stating what i am guessing the MSRP was at the time.

This is a time capsule of a bass. Its 10 years old and looks untouched, its a high quality fender in a super rare finish. My asking price is firm , it also needs to be paid in a way free from fees. I want to deal with straight shooters, its 99% minty , I have an eagles eye for condition of basses,it has light handling marks but could be sold as new easily.

950$ shipped/insured CONUS

ONLY TRADES I WANT

4 string musicman , must be in same minty shape , stingray.

Gibson thunderbird, no studios.

As for weight its seriously freakishly light , i dont have a scale but when i bought the bass i almost threw it as i grabbed it , expecting it to be heavier, i would guess 8.5 pounds to be safe but i know its lighter then that.

Thanks for all the compliments, I have been playing it a bit , this one will be hard to part with.

I will check what size the battery is in a minute.

Just checked, 2 9v batteries so 18 volt, I am awesome at math

Recieved some cash offers, but as stated for now price is firm, I will politely turn it down.

As for trades , minty stingrays only. Please read all the text in the first post prior to contacting me.

Happy Holidays
