Fender American Standard MIA P-Bass 2008 - Olympic White w/Rosewood Fingerboard.

Excellent + condition and light weight. Two small dings on bottom edge of body near strap button, an even smaller ding on top near the top bevel (very hard to see) and a slight nick in the pickguard near the truss rod adjustment. I see why these MIA P-Basses from this period are so highly regarded. It plays, sounds, and looks great. Excellent build quality. I just have too many basses and this one isn't getting enough play time. I have four 'P-Basses' - 2 Fenders, a Lakland Dunn, and a Nash. I'm hanging on to the worn ones, and selling the pretty ones that I'm afraid to take out of the house.

Asking $850 shipped & insured CONUS. (Sorry - not shipping out of USA) PayPal works for me, but I can make other arrangements if needed. Also comes with the new style Fender case with the TSA locks and case candy. Case has a couple of scuffs, but otherwise in great shape.

I have way too many basses and would prefer an outright sale, but would consider the following in a trade deal + $$$ as appropriate:

According to my scale, it shows between 8.7 to almost 8.8 lbs. So probably 8 3/4.

Someone requested photos of the neck. This bass has a nice 'B' neck. Flatted oval profile - not to thin, not too thick. It also has the fingerboard edges 'rolled'. Very comfortable IMHO.

I also was able to catch the two blemishes on the bottom edge of the bass. One's small and the other smaller, but want folks to see what they are getting:

Bump for a nice looking P....I owned a 2008 P bass...same color, but sold it because I'm more of a maple fretboard guy. I still have a different 2008 & 2011 and can attest to the greatness of these post 2007 American Standard Fenders.

I like maple a lot myself. I had been looking for a nice '08+ MIA P-Bass in this color combo and with the rosewood board for a while. Ironically, right after I found this one a Nash that I had my eye on for some time became available - same combination. Because it was already 'pre-dinged', I ended up using that one and this one stayed in its case. It's a shame for this one to not be played, so here she is.
