This is a fabulous instrument. It's played but cared for, it has several small indentations not through the finish that don't show that you have to look for. Three notables are a nick at the battery compartment bottom edge and the headstock side of the nut/fretboard edge at the E and a lefty strap pin. All have been professionally touched up and are non issues whatsoever other than cosmetic. It comes in the original case with Fender Certificate of Authenticity and some case candy including Truss rod tool. I find myself playing my 68 jazz almost exclusively any more. I have 3 other Fender CS jazzes and this is ridiculous so this one has to go. It is an absolutely gorgeous bass and shows little to no noticeable fret wear. As always I strive to post accurate images as the best current description available. So let the pics do the talking. This is your chance to get a Custom Shop bass at a reasonable price.
If you snooze you lose on this one... cash talks!

BR (+-) digital scale puts it at 8.5 - 8.6 lbs.

Maybe a Metro rw fb, Lull a Heartrock, DB 751 + or - $ as warranted. To be real cash talks, unless it's something real nice and a real cool deal. A trade value on this bass would certainly be more than my cash asking price to be sure.
