Fender classic 60s jazz bass

This bass is for sale only, I have been doing some trading here lately and it’s time to free up some cash on this one, sorry.

I have owned 2 of these, both great basses. I sold my other one here for 480$ shipped and am asking the same. My other one was missing pick guard screws, dusty, old strings and some to the wood chips; this one is a lot nicer and a better sounding example. I also have yet to see another with such a nice grain and burst on it.

The condition is very good, the body I really don’t see any dings I looked and there maybe a few light ones a missed. Also there are light scratches but nothing major all could be buffed out. No dust or grime anywhere, even the bridge is clean with no dust in hard to reach areas. It’s been well cared for.

The neck is pretty clean on the front and the frets are in awesome shape. However on the back by the tuning machines the clear cracked in an area and flaked off, this was my uncle’s bass and it’s been that way for the 2 years he has had it. I removed the tuner there is no crack, I am guessing the finish there just lifted.

There is also a small nick a pictured on the back.

480$ shipped, No case.

If you’re interested a fender deluxe gig bag can be had for 15$, a roadrunner gig bag for 15$ or a Georges music one for 10$, I would suggest shipping it in one.

Nice bass but with all those garbage cans behind, in almost each picture, you're sending a subliminal message
