Fender Deluxe Jazz Bass

Selling a nice Fender MIA Deluxe Jazz bass; in very good condition, I purchased it new, in November of 1999. Has a active 3 band preamp, and is fitted from the factory with I think are John Suhr pickups; if you can tell me for sure, that'd be great. Plays and sounds great, comes with the Fender shaped hard shell case and all original papers and such. One very small ding on the bottom side of the bass, about 1/16 of an inch where the top paint has been chipped, but it's very very minor. It has been played and gigged, but it's in excellent shape. I think these are $1300 or so new, street price, and I'm asking $700 plus shipping. Great price on a nice MIA jazz bass! Raising money for a project, so no trades, please, and no Paypal. Thanks!

I had a black one with the same pickups and pre and it's one of those I wish I never sold! These are sweet basses folks and a very hot year of production which looks to be a 98.
If my tax return gets here before its gone I will be speed mailing you.

It is a great price and a very nice bass. Just checked a couple of the dealers and the street price, not list, is $1399!
