Seems that two potential sales fell through due to weight. I don't have a scale, but estimated it was no more than 9.5 pounds because it seems slightly heavier than my Sterling (which I know is 9.1 pounds). Is that beastly for a Geddy? I have worn this bass for hours on end at rehearsal, it is relatively comfortable and well balanced, until the third hour begins and I need a break. Maybe I should just get a scale to be completely accurate.

My geddy is heavier than the P bass I had, my P was around 8-8.5 lbs

My Geddy Lee weighs in at 9.5lbs as well ... That seems to be about the norm for Geddys.....They're not outrageously heavy. Now, the marcus miller 4 is about 10.2 ... That's a Heavy Bass IMO.

Thanks fellers, good to know I'm not crazy. Or at least not crazier than previously thought.

That's two indirect bumps from me in one morning, I'll quit that for awhile.
