Fender Hot Rod P Bass - White/Maple

Sign in to disble this ad
This is an all original Fender Hot Rod P from '99 or 2000. If you've ever wanted one of these you won't find one that looks, plays, or sounds better. It comes with a Fender lightweight HSC and is currently strung with DR Nickel Low riders. No fret wear. Has 2 tiny impressions in the paint on the back I cannot photo. Action is great. It weighs 9 pounds even on my digital scale. The white with maple combo is pretty hard to find, and the tort guard really sets it off. $950 shipped in the case in the Lower 48 only. No trades and the price is firm. Sorry for the pic quality, I'm no pro. More pics here.

It's a P width neck with 9.5" radius. Thanks for all the compliments, she is a beauty.

Please don't ask me to falsify the amount of your purchase to help you evade taxes, give you change for a money order, ship to Nigeria, ship to an unrelated 3rd party without a verified Paypal address, or any of the other popular scams. I'm just looking for a good home for a nice bass and I'm not desparate. Thanks.

I had one of these and regret selling it. Great basses; if I lived in the lower 48 I'd be pm'ing.

For what it's worth these are really cool and rare considering they were only made for about two years. It's the only time P/J was done right. I have one in the transparent Sunset Orange with Ash body and can't imagine getting rid of it. I've had mine for a couple of years now and they keep going up in value. Get'em while you can boys!

I've always wanted a beautiful white one like this, but can't justify it right now.

Wow, shocking. White/maple combination is very rare. I'm crazy for HRPBs as I own a black/maple and for the last decade the love of playing it has grown stronger.

I feel the same.

Note to Buyer: For the love of God use the stock pickups.

Have one of these basses and hope to never get rid of it. Amazing player and very comfortable, and i typically like jazz basses.

Nice! I had an orange one and I miss it. Except the orange part. White is so much better. Hmmm.

I have one in black/rosewood. It is my #1....the best Fender bass I've ever owned. Great P bass tone...and massive growl with both pups at 100%!

Someone should buy this.
