Fender Japan Fotoflame Precision Bass Burst Gorgeous HSC

Sign in to disble this ad
SOLD! SOLD! SOLD! SOLD! SOLD!

Reluctantly parting with this beautiful old workhorse. Super-flamey all over, body and neck.

1994-1995, 8 pounds on the dot on the digital bathroom scale. 1.65" width at the nut. Seymour Duncan QP's, the best P Bass aftermarket replacement pickup IMHO. Tone to the bone.

Plays great, sounds great. Will probably require a set up to taste, right now it's medium-low.

Comes in a Fender molded HSC which is in VGC.

These get compared very favorably to the best Fender Japan P Bass offerings, and to the MIA's as well. A very solid, well-made bass, iconic P Bass tone and playability.

Bass is in what I would term "lightly relic'd" condition, some dents and bruises here and there, nothing that impedes function. No funny odors to the bass or case, they were kept in a non-smoking environment.

$425 shipped CONUSA

Is truss rod adjustment at the headstock or heel? Looks good, does it feature the Hamburglar?

At the heel.

And yes, the Hamburglar is alive and well on the neck.

I'll try to get some more pics up soon.
