A Candy Apple red Jazz Bass Special. The neck is in amazing shape. The bass sounds great and is even more versatile than most P/J configurations because of the three way pup selector and TBX control. There are some dings in the top with the vast majority near the input jack as well as some buckle rash. one of the knobs is missing the top "F" logo, replacements are commonly found on a certain auction site. The bridge has lost most of its black finish. It has a brand new set of Dean Markley Blue Steels on it.
The E serial Fenders are generally considered the best production quality and most collectible.
